Where to Buy Tiny Homes: Plans, Kits, Shells, or Totally Complete

One of my most frequently asked questions is where someone who is looking to start their own short term rental could go about buying a tiny home or tiny home plans. Many times, people will comment on my videos asking exactly how much a certain build cost or where they can buy one just like it. Although I usually can’t answer those questions, here are some of my suggestions for places to start when looking for your own small slice of heaven.

2. Den - this company has a greater variety of home plans including A-Frames and Cabins. They provide absolutely everything you need to know to get started building your unique home. Plans cost between $99 and $599 depending on the model you choose. You can also purchase kits—The Den A-frame Cabin can be fully assembled in as little as 3 days.
Tiny Home Shells + Containers
Mustard Seed Tiny Homes
Mustard Seed Tiny Homes is a great custom Tiny Home building company but they’ll also sell you just the tiny home shell for you to finish out how you like.
